Ms. Hala Seif
The School principal
Ms. Hala Seif is an educator and school leader who graduated with honors from the Faculty of Education, majoring in Physics and Chemistry. She also holds both a General and a Special Diploma in School Administration from Sadat University in Egypt.
Ms. Hala joined EIS at its inception eleven years ago as a Homeroom Teacher. During her tenure, the school achieved IB PYP authorization in 2016. Two years later, in 2018, she was appointed as the Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator, leading the school through its first PYP evaluation with distinction.
In 2023, Ms. Hala took on the role of Programme Leader, and later that same year, she was appointed as the School Principal in November 2023.
She continues to advance her academic and professional expertise as a Master’s Prelude Student in School Administration, reflecting her ongoing commitment to educational excellence and leadership development.

Eman Ragab![]()
PYP Coordinator
Ms. Eman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education (Very Good with Honors), a TEFL Certification from the American Institute, and a Professional Educator Diploma (PED) from the American University in Cairo.
Her dedication to excellence in international education is demonstrated through her IB certifications, having successfully completed both Category 1 and Category 2 training in 2021.
Ms. Eman joined The Egyptian International School, Zayed, as an English Teacher and Mentor, and played an integral role during the school’s IBO Evaluation Visit in 2021.
We are proud to have Ms. Eman’s expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment contributing to the continued growth and success of our school community.

Essam Rabie

With more than two decades of experience in international education, Mr. Essam Rabei has served in a variety of leadership and educational roles within the International Baccalaureate (IB) community, including MYP Teacher, Pedagogical Leader, IBEN Educator, Workshop Leader, School Visit Team Leader, and Authorization Consultant.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Essam has demonstrated a deep commitment to promoting academic excellence, fostering inquiry-based learning, and nurturing internationally minded learners equipped to succeed in an ever-evolving global landscape. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of education and the importance of building inclusive, dynamic learning environments where every student is empowered to reach their full potential.
At The Egyptian International School (EIS), Mr. Essam looks forward to collaborating with the school community to further strengthen the implementation of the Middle Years Programme (MYP), support the professional growth of educators, and contribute to the school’s ongoing pursuit of excellence and innovation.

Mohamed Badee

Mr. Mohamed Badee Raafat is a mathematics educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics – English Section) from Ain Shams University. He completed a Math & Science Teacher Training Course and a Professional Educator Diploma in STEM Education at the American University in Cairo (AUC), accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt.
He has participated in numerous educational workshops and is highly skilled in Microsoft tools and educational technology, which he integrates effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
Mr. Mohamed made a significant impact as a trainer in the Presidential Program “Teachers First,” training educators, supervisors, and school leaders on sustainable professional development. His success in this role led to his appointment as an Educational Expert, overseeing several governorates within the same initiative.
With extensive experience in both national and international education systems, he has contributed to Egypt’s official educational platform, Hesas Misr, as an educational content presenter.
Previously, Mr. Mohamed served as General Deputy of the Egyptian Japanese School and later as a Mathematics Teacher and Subject Supervisor for the Diploma Programme (DP) at the Egyptian International School in Sheikh Zayed (IB School). He subsequently became Deputy Phase Coordinator and now serves as the Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator.
