Ms. Eman joined the school in 2015 as a PYP Co-Teacher and then she realized that the IB system is the most convenient system for her as a teacher, where her profile attributes have improved as well as her personal skills. Later Ms. Eman decided to become a math teacher and a HOD in the MYP team. Having a conscious awareness of the ATL skills and their practices and also teaching them to students has also contributed to Ms. Eman’s professional development in many aspects, including but not restricted to having a better time management, practicing empathy towards others, and having better thinking and research skills.
