Quality Management System

• Since 2018, the Quality Dept. has succeeded in ensuring the school’s ISO 9001 continual certification from the British Standards Institute in the UK

• Along with the yearly BSI external audit visit to the school, the ISO 9001 is constantly updated, and each update requires an assessment. EIS has been successfully assessed and certified with ISO 9001:2015

Performs internal audits of all EIS processes and their implementation, to ensure commitment to system requirements in accordance with the ISO standard 9001:2015. 

The department handles the follow up of the system’s key performance indicators to ensure achievement of objectives, root cause analysis and timely corrective action in case of deviation. 

In light of all these inputs, the department works hand in hand with all process owners to improve the system’s processes.
